Why we built Veridge.

Yan and I spent half a decade at the intersection of finance and technology. When the ChatGPT moment happened, it was clear the world of finance was going to change forever. But chatbots alone couldn't handle the work of an institutional investor. We all got AI fatigue as these systems hallucinated numbers and em-dashed every third sentence.

This changed in Dec-2025 with AI Agents. And we're finally seeing widespread adoption of AI tools in finance. But for all the money these Silicon Valley teams have raised, when we ask around our friends, no one is raving about their AI platforms. The best finance AI application hasn't arrived yet, because if it had, we'd all know about it. These platforms are still just a thin wrapper on Claude Co-work.

So we gathered our friends from the world's best PE firms and hedge funds to tackle this problem. We're building the AI platform Wall Street actually wants. Not what Silicon Valley thinks they want. Veridge is the purpose-built AI tool for investors, built by investors.

How is that different to the tools out there?

We take an opinionated view on what matters. Most tools collect and summarise data. Veridge analyses it the way an investor would, so you make decisions faster and with higher conviction.

We've spent countless months capturing how the very best investors think and analyse opportunities and built that into the DNA of the platform. We're here to help you find the next 5-bagger, by putting your resources to work on the opportunities that matter.

Andrey Lebedev

Co-founder & CEO

Andrey co-founded Veridge after years on the other side of the table. At Goldman Sachs and BGH Capital he lived the full life of a deal, and saw how much judgement gets rationed when the work outgrows the team doing it.

Yan Su

Co-founder & CTO

Yan spent five years as a quantitative researcher at Citadel, building systems that turn raw information into decisions under pressure. Since then he has worked at the fundamental level of modern AI, and now leads Veridge's technology.
